Terms of Service

Cookiedoc provides file understanding and AI-assisted conversation for bids, drawings, scans, contracts and other complex materials. You may upload materials you have the right to process, and use points according to your actual usage.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. You may not transfer, rent out or otherwise circumvent points, access controls or security limits. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights, or that is unlawful, malicious or clearly beyond the intended capacity of the service.

AI output is provided only to help organize and interpret materials; it does not constitute legal, engineering, financial, medical or other professional advice. Decisions involving bidding, construction, contracting or safety should be reviewed by qualified personnel.

Points are a unit of usage within the Cookiedoc service — they are not cash, deposits or transferable currency. Purchased points have no fixed expiry date; as long as Cookiedoc continues to operate, unused purchased points remain valid. Recharges, refunds and exceptional orders follow the Points & Refund Policy.

We work to keep the service stable, but model relays, third-party payments, network issues and maintenance may cause brief interruptions. If you notice anything unusual, please contact us via the support email in the footer.

If we find abuse, attacks, fraud or other violations of these terms, we may restrict or suspend the affected accounts and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
